RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

How does the return/exchange policy effect?
- We will happily accept any unused item within 10 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange with original tags on it.
- Return item with the invoice copy and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the item via courier service on his own expense.
- Delivery Charges for any order will not be refunded.
- All returns should be sent to: B32, Old Ravians Cooperative Housing Society, Main University Road, Karachi.
How will I receive my refund?
• Refunds are processed with in 3 working days after receiving back the product.
• We reimburse only the amount of product.
